本工作线由全自主理瓶机、滚轴式洗瓶机、消毒剂常温、干燥机、眼灵药装灌旋盖机、立试标贴纸飞机机组成，可结束理瓶、水、气的擦拭、吹干及二氧化碳消毒剂、装灌、加塞、旋盖、标贴纸等多种工序，最主要广泛用于眼灵药举例说明他小含水量氢氧化钠溶液的联线工作，也可单机手游独力使用的。可以合适GMP需要。This production line consist of  Automatic Bottle Unscrambler,  Bottle Washing Machine, Tunnel Type Sterilization Drier, eyedrop filling machine, Vertical Labeling machine, can complete bottle sorting, water,and gas cleaning, drying and ozone disinfection, filling, plugging, capping, labeling, mainly used in eyedrops and other small doses of solution, also can be used single independently.　 Meet the GMP requirement.

Constant torquecap screwing. No bottle no filling, no plug no capping and automatically stop if cap and plug is under-supply.
